We meet every Sundays from 10 am to 12 pm, at a private residences.

 

Some times circumstances dictate a change in schedule. If this is going to be your first visit we recommend that you call first, to ensure that the session will meet as scheduled. 

 

It is also recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we may introduce you to our method of meditation.
